At Ink International , our design team have the resources to receive artwork files by e-mail. This can be done by simply sending your files to with your job details and contact information.



Software:

 
 

If you can create Adobe PDF files for your artwork, please send this to us. If not then send the artwork to our design team in some of these following software packages. Our design specialists' favourite software is Quarkxpress, Photoshop, and Illustrator. We also work with following software packages:

Adobe Acrobat files, Microsoft Word, Corel WordPerfect, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, Adobe PageMaker (saved for service provider), Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW, Simple Corel Word perfect files.

 
 

We recommend that before saving or sending these files to us, you should convert these formats to either jpeg, eps, tiff or pdf, In order to send files faster on e-mail we recommend, that you should save files as jpeg or compress using stuffit or zip folders before sending to . Sending Files:
You can send your files by e-mail direct to us. We are capable of handling all kinds of files up to 5 MB. For extra large files please compress your email files using Stuffit or zip compression software as we can only accept files up to 5mb. Once we get your e-mail you will get a conformation receipt in return for your records.

Picture Scanning:
Picture scanning should be at 300dpi.

Fonts:
All fonts should be embedded within the job and converted to paths or outline before sending. If in any doubt please do contact us, and we'll help with any queries with fonts.

Colours:
We would like to strongly advice our customers that, when choosing colours they use the PANTONE colour reference and not use the screen colours.

Bleed:
To produce the best result for Images, background colours and fills, which are intended to extend to the edge of the page, should be extended 3mm beyond the page to give a bleed. Text, boxes and other areas you need on your finished job should ideally be 5mm in from the sides of the pages.

Proofs:
We may be able to supply you a proof of any print or prints, before going to final print. This will be sent to you by e.mail for your approval.
